What we ask for, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it. No fine print.

Cyntia Travel Planner is a travel advisory run by Cyntia Golluscio. This page explains what personal information the site cyntiatravelplanner.com receives, what happens to it, and how to exercise your rights over that data.

What we collect

What you give us in the forms. Depending on the form, this may include: name, email address, phone number, country, destination of interest, estimated dates, number of travelers, approximate budget and any comments you write. No field fills itself in.

What you type into the virtual assistant. Your questions are sent out in order to generate the answer. Please don't share sensitive data or card numbers there — it isn't the right channel.

Technical browsing data. Aggregated visit statistics (page views, traffic source, device type). In addition, to stop bulk form submissions we store a hashed fingerprint of your IP address: an irreversible code used to count attempts, not to identify you.

We do not ask for or store credit card details on this site.

What we use it for

  • Answering your enquiry and putting together the quote you asked for.
  • Sending you the guide or material you requested.
  • Keeping the conversation going while we plan your trip.
  • Understanding which content is useful, so we can improve the site.
  • Preventing abuse of the forms.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it to advertise other companies.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the site, and only for the purposes above:

  • Supabase — the database where enquiries and quotes are stored.
  • Resend — email delivery.
  • Hostinger — site hosting.
  • Google (Gemini) — generates the virtual assistant's answers.
  • Metricool — visit statistics.
  • Meta (Instagram) — the gallery displays public posts from Cyntia's Instagram account.

These providers may host information on servers outside Argentina. We may also share data where a competent authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quotes are kept for as long as they are useful for assisting you and for the advisory's work history. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, write to us and we'll do it.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses browser storage to remember preferences — such as your chosen language — and the statistics tool uses identifiers to count visits without knowing who you are. You can block or clear all of this from your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: access the data we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, delete it, or stop sending you emails. Write to info@cyntiatravelplanner.com and we'll get back to you.

In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for Personal Data Protection Act No. 25.326 and handles complaints from anyone who believes their rights have been infringed.

Minors

The site is intended for adults planning a trip. We do not directly request data about minors. If you share your children's ages so we can build a family quote, it is used only for that.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and database access is restricted. No system is infallible, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you trust us with.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything important, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We recommend checking back now and then.
